Products Return Policy
- Prescription Eyeglasses and Sunglasses: Custom prescription eyewear is made specifically for your vision needs. If there is an issue with your prescription lenses or frame, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a return authorization. Products must be returned in their original condition and with all accessories included.
- Non-Prescription Eyewear and Accessories: These items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition and in their original packaging.
- Contact Lenses: Unopened boxes of contact lenses can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Boxes must be unmarked, unopened, and undamaged.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after we receive the returned product and confirm its condition. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Limitations
Custom products made to your specifications cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake in your order.
